How to report a problem or crash

If our software crashes (or does not work as expected), please provide us with the following files:
1. logs/simulator.log
2. bin/*.dmp (only if program crashed)
3. Configuration of your computer (as described here)
4. Any other comments, such as what were your actions prior to the program crash.

For Canopy Glide program version 1.0.535.0 (if installed in the default location):
1. "C:\Program Files\Canopy Glide\logs\simulator.log"
2. "C:\Program Files\Canopy Glide\bin\simulator.exe.1.0.535.0.dmp"

Please send these files to debug@staticlineinteractive.com with a short description of what happened. We appreciate your help!
